Current Opportunity: Legal Provider Relations Specialist (French & English Speaking)
Location: Ontario, Alberta, Quebec or British Columbia
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or remote depending on your proximity to our Toronto or Montreal officeLanguages required: English and French
Salary: $47,000 CAD per year plus competitive benefits package

What you will do:
As a Legal Provider Relations Specialist you will assist the Workplace Options Legal Service Delivery teams by sourcing and engaging qualified attorneys to serve our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified attorneys based on clients’ legal needs for one-off legal referrals that fall outside our current provider network (one-time case agreements/OTCAs).
- Communicate directly with attorneys to explain referral expectations, scope of service, and compensation structure.
- Negotiate rates and terms in alignment with EAP guidelines.
- Proactively manage caseload.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of out-of-network attorneys across various jurisdictions and practice areas (e.g., family law, landlord-tenant, immigration, employment).
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement status, and attorney availability in internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all recruiting and contracting efforts.
- Other delegated responsibilities and specially assigned duties, as management deems necessary.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, as well as the capability to work well as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Legal/Financial background preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Recruitment experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
