Current Opportunity: Director of Business Solutions 

Location: Seoul, South Korea

What you will do:

We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Business Development Representative to lead the charge in identifying and developing new strategic alliances in the assigned territory.  You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint with alliance partners by initiating high-value conversations, qualifying leads, and shaping tailored go-to-market strategies that align with the unique needs of each partner. 

You’ll be on the front lines of growth—bringing market intelligence back to the team, influencing program design, and ensuring long-term success by coordinating closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role for someone who thrives in business development and strategic partnerships. 


Responsibilities: 

Partner Acquisition & Market Development:

  • Identify and prioritize new reseller opportunities through market research and structured outreach 

Strategic Execution:

  • Proactive prospecting using a structured, data-informed targeting approach 
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs and founders 

Internal Collaboration & Enablement: 

  • Work closely with Account Managers (AMs), Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement team to shape go-to-market efforts and optimize partner experience and success 

  • Coordinate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into the sales cycle when appropriate to deepen impact 
     

What Success Looks Like: 

  • Strong pipeline of aligned, high-potential wholesale partnership opportunities 

  • Strategic, insight-driven conversations based upon partner needs 
     

Qualifications/Skills: 

  • Minimum of a degree in Business, marketing or similar.
  • Experience with Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, preferably in wholesale, insurance, group benefits, channel sales, or reseller environments.
  • Strong network and credibility with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance.
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
