Employment Type: Contract 1 year
Salary: $60,000 -75,000 USD

What you will do:
The Strategic Content & Automation Lead drives the global proposal team’s content and technology strategy to increase efficiency, consistency, and impact across all sales and proposal deliverables. This role bridges proposal development, sales enablement, and technology integration, ensuring that the global proposal function is equipped with high-quality, accessible content and optimized systems that support WPO’s enterprise growth strategy.
This individual combines deep understanding of content strategy, process automation, and enablement tools (SharePoint, DMS, QorusDocs, InDesign, etc.) to strengthen proposal readiness, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration across departments. The role plays a key part in the organization’s Sales Enablement Strategy Plan, empowering teams to respond faster, with higher quality, and greater alignment to our positioning and differentiators.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and govern the global proposal content library, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance.
- Partner with SMEs, Product, Marketing, and Sales to update and package strategic content.
- Develop persuasive storylines and best-practice examples for proposals and sales materials.
- Implement quality assurance measures and automate workflows where possible.
- Translate proposal insights into reusable assets (e.g., case studies, value messaging).
- Support training on content use, automation tools, and proposal best practices.
- Lead the design and optimization of proposal automation tools (e.g., SharePoint, QorusDocs).
- Manage system structure, permissions, and workflow efficiency across global teams.
- Collaborate with IT to deploy AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for CRM and analytics platform integrations.
- Monitor metrics on content usage, automation efficiency, and proposal success.
- Track engagement to guide improvements and identify innovation opportunities.
- Use Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to analyze and report performance.
- Support ad-hoc proposal and presentation development from start to finish.
- Conduct QA/QC to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 3–5+ years in proposal management, content strategy, or sales enablement (global experience preferred).
- Expert in SharePoint, InDesign, MS Office, and RFx software (e.g., QorusDocs, Loopio, Qvidian).
- Skilled in creating clear, visually appealing content and infographics.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Results-driven and proactive in identifying process improvements.
