What you will do:


Workplace Options requires a Project Manager with dynamic and enthusiastic project management skills, to manage the development team, stakeholders, and technology projects. The role requires management skills for products/applications features, schedule and investments. It is a highly committed and responsible role.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager is responsible for one or more products and this role is expected to oversee technology implementation projects, manage stakeholder communication, Project scope, schedule & timelines and the cost.
  1. Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies and ensure timely delivery
  2. Manage and maintain regular communications with business/product stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  3. Manage end-to-end - solution scoping, requirements, estimations, costing & execution
  4. Monitor Project progress, identify risks/dependencies and communicate
  5. Ensure adherence to the process and compliance as defined by the organization including Change Management
  6. Oversee Projects, coordinate with technical teams on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and digital transformation initiatives
  7. Coach and mentor team members, manage resource allocation and capacity planning, foster a collaborative team culture, and support professional development initiatives
  8. Maintain visibility into current and projected budgets for all scoped projects

Qualifications/skills:

Proven Agile project management experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft technology knowledge; strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills with relevant certifications preferred.
  1. Over 12+ years of experience with 7+ years as Project Manager handling software development/product development with competing demands of scope, time, and cost constraints
  2. Proven experience managing projects across both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies; multiple projects in parallel
  3. Track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
  4. Skilled at breaking down complex technology solutions and architectural designs into manageable, actionable work items
  5. Experience in Change Management with reference to scope creep
  6. Demonstrated ability to balance trade-offs between scope, time, and cost in complex project environments.
  7. Experience managing risks that impact project constraints, implementing mitigation strategies.
  8. Familiarity with Microsoft Technology stack and cloud platforms
  9. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
