Current Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

Location: Bangalore
Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid
Salary: 5.5 lacs per annum (Gross) plus night shift allowance
Shift hours: 7pm to 4am IST

What you will do:

Our Customer Service Representatives work in a service center and provide customer service to employees and their families in order to assist them in locating and providing resources and referrals in their community. In addition to completing telephonic intakes, the consultant may be asked to participate in additional tasks. Our consultants work in a fast-paced environment and are expected to maintain high quality, top customer service, and practice WPO's core values. WPO relies on the consultant's telephone skills to grow and prosper. Candidates should be organized, professional and motivated self-starters.  

Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard mental health professionals, including counselors, psychologists, psychotherapists, wellness coaches, and trainers, to expand WPO's network of mental health service providers in all locations where WPO has covered lives, currently over 200 countries and territories.
• Thoroughly review provider applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with credentialing standards.
• Develop a deep understanding of credentialing standards, devise provider development strategies, and meet client-specific requirements.
• Conduct Primary Source Verification on licenses and malpractice coverage to maintain a reliable and reputable network.
• Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during the recruiting process.
• Organize and maintain up-to-date provider files to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Complete all tasks efficiently, adhering to production and quality guidelines set by management.
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations.
• Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills providing the caller with friendly, enthusiastic, and empathetic service.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational, relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high quality work in all aspects of the position.
