Job Description: Integration Lead
Workplace Options (WPO) requires Technical Integration Lead to help in connecting disparate systems using a middleware cloud platform. The consultant will work as part of the development team, and continuously interact with business group members of diverse culture.
The Architect will succeed in the role based on how the candidate is ‘easy to work with’. The below determines ‘easy to work with’:
Develop and implement software integrations using middleware and cloud platforms. Collaborate with architects and teams to deliver reliable API-driven solutions, focusing on security, data flows, and connectivity.

Job Description: Integration Lead

- Demonstrate courteousness and respect to people across diverse cultures, age groups and varied business groups
- Ability to communicate efficiently with business teams
- Communicate the design principles and process
- Transparently convey the status, challenges, architecture methods of integration projects.
Develop and implement software integrations using middleware and cloud platforms. Collaborate with architects and teams to deliver reliable API-driven solutions, focusing on security, data flows, and connectivity.
- Implement integrations following established architecture principles for middleware and IPaaS platforms.
- Build and support API Gateways and cloud integration flows under guidance.
- Integrate with data storages and databases for seamless application connectivity.
- Apply application security best practices for software, messaging, and infrastructure.
- Implement SSO using Okta, AzureAD, or AuthO in integration solutions.
- Work with cloud networking elements like ExpressRoute, Firewalls, and APIM.
- Participate in development using coding skills and contribute to JIRA-tracked tasks.
- 7+ years of experience in software integrations (architecture, development, or consulting).
- Experience with Enterprise Middleware Platforms or Cloud Integration Platforms including IPaaS.
- Good understanding of application architectures, data storages, and databases; proficient in application development/coding.
- Experience with Cloud technologies, especially API Gateways.
- Hands-on experience with application security (software, messaging, infrastructure related to integrations).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud platform and services (Azure Service Bus, Azure Integration Services, Azure API Gateways, Azure Key Vault, Azure App Service).
- Exposure to Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Single Sign-on technologies (Okta, AzureAD, AuthO).
- Working knowledge of cloud Networking technologies (ExpressRoute, Firewalls, APIM)
